Dispute Resolution

- If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to mediation or arbitration in accordance with Kenyan law
- The venue for any legal proceedings shall be Nairobi, Kenya
- These Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts
Modifications to Terms
Achievo Limited reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
