Achievo Limited — From Humble Beginnings

Achievo Limited was founded on 13th September 2013 as a self-contained Loss Prevention company, handling sourcing, staffing, training, deployment, and payroll for our clients, who at the time were mostly retail stores. Achievo Limited's journey began with a focus on Loss Prevention for Naivas, starting with Naivas East Gate.

Under the leadership of Achievo Limited's General Manager and initial trainer, we established a strong foundation. After three months, we brought on our first full-time trainer, Mr. Peter Maguli, and trained our first cohort of 20 staff members, including office personnel. From the start, Achievo Limited has been committed to career growth.

High-performing staff at Achievo Limited from roles such as Loss Prevention Manager, Double Checker, Camera Room Operator, and Front End Controller were promoted into leadership positions. Early success stories include Judith Shisoka, and Mr. Edwin Kirui, who became Achievo Limited's first Area Manager and is currently the Operations Manager. We expanded our training programs in 2015 to include Line Attendants and HR for the Retail Services Division (RSD).

By equipping staff with expertise in risk assessment, surveillance techniques, inventory control, and investigative procedures, the department builds a foundation of transferable skills that are highly valued across retail, logistics, security, and operations management.
